Corrections Policy
Report a specific error with an official source trail by email, and it goes straight to the editorial inbox for review.
Pension rules are consequential. We investigate concrete reports against current official material and correct material errors visibly.
What makes a useful report
Include the page URL, the sentence or calculator behavior in question, and the official source that appears to conflict. Explain whether the issue is a wrong number, outdated rule, missing exception or unclear wording.
How reports are handled
We compare the claim with the cited source and newer official material. A material correction changes a rule, number, formula or conclusion; it receives a revised review date and a correction note. A clarification improves wording without changing the result.
Privacy boundary
Never send member-account records or identity numbers. We cannot resolve personal benefit disputes; those must go to the retirement system.
